This LLM programme will take you through some key areas of international corporate law from Corporate Crime to Intellectual Property Rights. You will have a look at the EU corporate regulatory regime and gain an understanding of what it takes for a business to operate in ‘the world’s largest trading block’ as characterised by the European Commission. Law graduates and professionals would be able to benefit from developing an understanding and skill-set that will enable them to address the ongoing issues caused by economic globalisation.
